I never leave home without hand sanitizer, latex gloves, anti-bacterial wipes and a mask, as well as conducting health declarations on each of us.

What you can expect from us during this unique period of time:

    • Virtual interviews, meetings and daily calls with you
    • Our Office is accepting Electronic Transfers for Deposit Cheques
    • Our office staff is working remotely, booking appointments and uploading new listings 
    • Emma is working remotely as well, making sure our clients are being looked after behind the scenes
    • We Ensure any agent/client fills out the Health Disclosure Forms prior to visit
    • Our Photographers are still shooting but have a "no touch policy" in place
    • Our Stager is still working but has protective policies in place
    • For our home inspections, the inspector will report directly to the buyer
    • We are offering video tours and virtual open houses for all of our listings 
    • All buyer showings with Holly are being done in a two stage process
    • All paperwork and offers are being completed through our screen
    • If our clients do not have access to the internet, we will take further precautions and steps in order to help you make this necessary move
